Comments: Roof replacement Professional and Timely. The quote appointment was scheduled for next day service, by the OWNER. Yes love working with family owned companies for this very reason. Got a professional quote with explanation and without all the "upselling" that other big companies try to give you. Tim gives it to you straight and honest. Tim dropped off the shingle samples and told me the day that the shingles would be dropped off and what day the roof would be replaced. His crew arrived early in the morning, tore the entire roof off, and replaced the entire roof in the same day and EVERYTHING was cleaned up and hauled off. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Comments: Tim McNelis scheduled an appointment, showed him were I need gutter repair and where the gutters were leaking. It was a small job and he gave me a very fair estimate. We scheduled the work to be completed when the gutters would be dry. He is a well seasoned professional that seems to enjoy is work. He completed the repairs and the next day we had a brief but heavy rainstorm. The gutters no longer leaked and the down spouts worked flawlessly. He is a great guy, fair, honest and is able to solve difficult problems. I highly recommend him and his work.

Comments: I can't say enough good things about Tim McNelis! I'm an insurance agent who was having a dispute with an insurance company about a roof replacement. I went on Home Advisor and Tim called me back immediately. It was approximately 9 am. He was at my insured's home and had the leaking area patched by 11:30 that morning! He came back that afternoon and met with a claims supervisor from the insurance company and just like that - she's getting a new roof after being denied previously! He came back a third time to meet with the actual insurance adjuster to go over all the damaged areas of the roof, gutters and a/c unit. They came to an agreement and a check was cut. Tim's crew completed the entire job in one day, and cleaned up everything when they were done. Excellent customer service and quality of work. Tim is a great guy to do business with!

Comments: The people I dealt with were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. My only note to the negative would be that perhaps there was a glitch in that I did not receive notice of the day they were coming until the very last minute (from someone who had assumed I already knew), and I was not able to be present during the installation. If I had been there, I would have had one or two minor changes designed into it. But the company has been extremely cooperative in making the minor change after the fact, so it's all good. :) I would definitely recommend them! :D
